一、Product overview
AF3020A pipeline current type temperature and humidity transmitter adopts capacitive digital temperature and humidity sensor AM2305 as the temperature and humidity measurement component, and is equipped with a stable and reliable signal processing circuit to convert the temperature and humidity in the environment into corresponding standard signals. The high-quality integrated digital temperature and humidity sensor is selected to ensure the long-term stability, low hysteresis, strong resistance to chemical pollution and repeatability of the transmitter.

The products can be widely used in meteorology, national defense, scientific research, post and telecommunications, tobacco, chemical industry, environmental protection, archives and cultural relics preservation, medical care, hotels, food and other occasions that require air temperature and humidity control.

五、Electrical installation
Note: All the following installation operations must be performed with the power supply disconnected.
The AF3 series pipeline current type temperature and humidity transmitter uses a four-core connector, and the pin functions are shown in the figure below:
The functions of each pin of the connector are as follows
1 Power line positive DC20~36V (red line)
2 Power line ground GND (black line)
3 Humidity current output 4~20mA (yellow line)
4 Temperature current output 4~20mA (white line)
Installation sequence:
1. Connect the aviation interface with 4-core (or shielded) wire to the corresponding 1, 2, 3, and 4 pins of the transmitter connector;
2. Connect the other end to the power supply and voltage detection equipment or other corresponding equipment;
3. After checking that the wiring is correct, turn on the power supply and check whether the transmitter output is normal;
4. Now the transmitter can work normally.
六、Mechanical installation
1. Choose a typical installation location: The location where the transmitter is installed must have the typical temperature and humidity that need to be measured in the environment.
2. Make sure there is enough space around the transmitter for air circulation.
3. Do not install the transmitter directly on a heating or cooling object, or directly in a steam or water mist environment.
4. When installing the accumulated line, make sure to keep the transmitter away from the line. Pay attention to the installation direction of the transmitter. The LCD type is based on the display character direction, and the ordinary type is based on the text direction.
