2.Overview
This product is suitable for HVAC, energy management systems, VAV and fan control, environmental pollution control static pipeline and clean room pressure, smoke hood control, oven pressurization and furnace ventilation control.
The AFM600 pressure sensor detects differential pressure or gauge pressure and converts this pressure difference into a proportional electrical signal output. AFM600 has an analog output of 0~5/10Vdc or 4~20mA and is used in building energy management systems. This sensor can measure the precise pressure and flow required for building pressurization and air flow control.
AFM600 uses an imported pressure core, which has the characteristics of sensitive pressure response, long-term stable output, and excellent temperature performance.

5.Detailed function explanation
1.Analog output
AFM600 can choose voltage type (0~5/10VDC) and current type (4~20mA) output mode. The voltage type is a three-wire output, which needs to be wired according to the mark; the current type is a two-wire output, which has no polarity and can be arbitrarily replaced.
2.Clear button
Use this button to calibrate the zero pressure value when the pressure difference between the positive and negative pressure inlets is zero (the LED lights up simultaneously when pressed).
3.Output response time setting
Set the output response time by turning the DIP switch to the following state:
6.Installation method
First, use the ruler on the back to mark the installation hole position on the wall, drill a 30mm deep Ø6mm wall hole to place the expansion tube (self-tapping screws and expansion tubes are provided with the goods), then open the differential pressure transmitter buckle, open the cover, and fix the self-tapping screws (ST3.5×25) to the specified position on the wall through the fixing hole of the differential pressure transmitter, connect the inlet and outlet wires through the waterproof connector, and finally cover the cover.
