1.Product Overview

AW3485A network temperature and humidity transmitter is a high-performance industrial temperature and humidity transmitter. It measures the temperature and humidity of the environment and displays it in digital form on the local display. When the measured data exceeds the limit, it outputs a control signal and generates an audible alarm signal, and responds to commands sent by the host at the same time.

Upload the measured data to the host through the RS485 bus in the form of data packets.

This temperature and humidity transmitter has the characteristics of small size, light weight, wide range, high accuracy, fast response speed and good long-term stability, making it widely used in building automation, climate and HVAC signal collection, climate stations in museums and hotels, warehousing and logistics, medical industry, computer room temperature monitoring and other fields that require the measurement and control of temperature and humidity in the air.

4. Product installation and wiring instructions

4.1 Installation method adopted for this product:

1.Connect the four wires at the transmitter end of the 4-core (or shielded) connecting cable to pins 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the transmitter connector respectively (the shielding layer of the shielded wire is connected to the power ground).

2. The other end is connected to the power supply and computer (requires 485 converter) or other corresponding equipment.

3. Fasten the front and rear housings of the transmitter.

4. After checking that the wiring is correct, the power can be turned on and the transmitter output is checked to see if it is normal;

5. The transmitter is now working properly.
